- Because many of our items are produced and shipped directly from our suppliers, delivery times may vary. Some items may arrive sooner, while others may take longer due to supplier location, customs, or carrier delays.

Multiple Item Orders

- If your order includes multiple products, items may arrive separately to speed up delivery.

Delays & Liability

- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

- Refunds will not be issued for delays in shipping or delivery outside of our control.

- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

- Free shipping promotions (if offered) apply to standard shipping only.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses cannot be refunded.

Lost Packages

- If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will assist in opening a claim with the carrier or supplier.

International Shipping

- Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping charges.
