Made to Order
Each item is printed just for you. Because of this, we only accept returns for quality-related issues. Returns are not accepted for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or color preference.
Return Window
Issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible Issues
- Misprints
- Damage on arrival
- Incorrect item received
Not Eligible
- Worn, washed, or used items
- Size or fit issues
- Color differences due to screen settings
- Personalized/custom items (e.g., names)
- Final sale items
How to Start a Claim
Email bebesurfstore@gmail.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos showing the problem and packing slip
⚠️ Do not return items without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Cancellations & Changes
Orders can usually be canceled or edited within 2 hours of purchase. Once production begins, changes cannot be guaranteed.
Refund Method
If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

- We are not responsible for delays in shipping caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
- Refunds will not be issued for shipping delays outside our control.
